KYOTO SAKE BREWERS ASSOCIATION

Kyoto's sake is so old that the "MIKI NO TSUKASA" was established as a national government office (Kyoto Imperial Palace) in the 8th century.
"Sake" brewed from rice, spring water, and koji (malted rice).
In Kyoto, clean water has always come out, and sake has been brewed.
There were 350 sake breweries in the 14th century, but now only 3.
